Hill Country Women in Business - Woman of the Year
Each year Hill Country Women in Business recognizes one member within our organization with this prestigious award. The woman awarded this honor will have exercised a high standard of ethical and moral behavior as well as graciously volunteered her time to advance the mission of our group.
The Woman of the Year award is based on the criteria below.

Member who has worked hard and graciously volunteered her time to advance the organization and its mission this year.

Must have served on the board or been on a committee either as chair, co-chair, or committee member this year and/or in previous years.

Have excellent attendance and be involved and engaged both at membership meetings and outside regular meetings this year.
I joined Hill Country Women in Business (HCWIB) in April 2022 and have been actively involved ever since. For the past two years, I’ve served as Treasurer on the Executive Board and as a Partnership Committee member. Beyond these roles, I write the monthly newsletter, assist with website updates, and help promote HCWIB events. I also contribute to philanthropy efforts, co-host networking events, and support fellow members' businesses. HCWIB has been invaluable to me both personally and professionally.
