I am honored and excited to serve as President of this incredible organization—a community built on empowerment, collaboration, and meaningful connections. Hill Country Women in Business (HCWIB) is more than a networking group; it’s a place where women uplift one another, grow their businesses, and form lasting friendships.

As we move forward, my vision for HCWIB is centered on growth, engagement, and impact. With a dedicated Board of 16 passionate women, we are committed to ensuring that every member benefits from the connections, opportunities, and support our organization provides.

We are focused on expanding our membership and creating an environment where every woman who comes to our meetings or events feels welcomed, valued, and empowered.

Our goal is for each gathering to be more than an exchange of business cards—it’s about building genuine relationships that support both your professional and personal aspirations.

To enrich our meetings, we will continue implementing dynamic networking activities that spark conversation, foster collaboration, and create new opportunities for success. We want every member to leave each event inspired, equipped, and connected with valuable tools and resources to thrive.
